In May 2025 it was a highlight to be given the opportunity by the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), in the 75th year of the publication of the Year book, to contribute a chapter on my research and design initiative, in conjunction with the New Zealand International Arbitration Centre (NZIAC).

The chapter addresses the nature of software project contracts emerging misalignment and/or conflict and methods for conflict mitigation or resolution.
