They are available for incorporation in Agile or Waterfall (or hybrid) software development contracts. In relation to the:

• Governance terms section these can be adopted and incorporated in full or edited as needed.
• Sequential dispute resolution processes –unless there is a mandatory change required by local law, these should be set out in full.
