Prior to our engagement, initial customer contracts were based on customer generic standard (goods and services) procurement terms. We conducted detailed founder interviews about the technology stack and critical IPR held or to be created via services delivery.
We created an elegant agreement reflecting technology in scope, IPR approach, third party provider functionalities, support terms and shaped the approach to warranties, liability and dispute resolution.
